Delete your LooPoo data.

Deletion happens inside the app because your check-ins live on your device. You do not need an account or an email request.

Delete your local history

1. Open LooPoo and choose the Account tab.
2. Under Your data, choose Delete all local data.
3. Read the confirmation and confirm deletion. LooPoo cancels local reminders and keeps private history locked while it verifies the result.

If deletion is interrupted

Keep the app open and use the in-app retry or recovery action. The app is designed to stop safely until it can confirm the final local state. If you cannot complete recovery, email privacy@loopoo.app for help.

What deletion does not change

Local deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription or erase purchase records held by Apple or RevenueCat, or paywall events held by RevenueCat. It also does not automatically erase optional analytics events already sent to PostHog. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple subscription settings. For provider-held information, contact privacy@loopoo.app. The public site never receives your check-ins.

Deleting local data removes saved recipe requests, favorites, and meal plans from your device. Anonymous recipes already in the shared library remain available. Recipe job records expire after 24 hours, usage counters after 35 days, and reports after 30 days, with cleanup every 15 minutes. Deletion does not reset recipe creation limits.

Please do not include check-in details or private health information in an email.
