These terms explain what LooPoo does, what membership covers, and what you can expect from the app.

Using LooPoo

You can start without an account. Each check-in asks for shape, comfort, and whether you felt finished. Body signals, visit length, routine factors, and a private note are optional. You can change the visit time.

LooPoo describes what you choose to save. It does not infer a condition, pregnancy, intolerance, allergy, or medication effect from your entries.

Food ideas

Recipes and meal plans are general cooking ideas. Preferences you select filter recipes, and recent check-ins can personalize their order on your device. LooPoo does not create a condition-specific care plan, decide whether an ingredient is safe for you, or replace ingredient labels and guidance from your care team.

With Plus, describe a food idea or use the choices on the recipe screen. Keep health and personal details out of requests. Generated recipes and illustrative AI photos may join the shared library for other members to reuse.

We check generated content, but recipes can contain mistakes. Check ingredients, package labels, and cooking directions before using a recipe. Report a problem from the recipe screen.

Creation limits appear in the app. Reusing a shared recipe does not use a new creation. Requests that have started may count toward your limit even if you cancel or generation fails. Recipe creation and the shared library require an internet connection; saved recipe text remains available offline.

Membership

Membership is offered at the end of onboarding. Your first visit, logged during onboarding, stays saved either way; further check-ins require Plus. LooPoo Plus includes the private journal, weekly bowel reviews, recipes, meal planning, and appointment PDFs. Basic data export, deletion, support, and purchase recovery remain accessible without membership.

LooPoo Plus is an auto-renewing in-app subscription. Apple shows the available plan, localized price, billing period, renewal terms, and any eligible introductory offer before purchase. Apple processes purchases and renewals.

You can restore purchases in LooPoo and manage or cancel through your Apple subscription settings. Deleting local data does not cancel a subscription.

Your data

You control what you record, export, or delete. Check-ins and saved preferences use encrypted local storage. Requesting an AI recipe shares the displayed food choices with our recipe service and OpenAI, as explained in our privacy policy. Local export and deletion are available from Account. The public deletion guide explains the route.

Availability

Local check-ins are designed to work without a network. Purchase services, optional reminders, and other app features may be unavailable at times. A service failure does not turn a descriptive record into medical guidance.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with other users, attempt to access data that is not yours, or use the service unlawfully.
