Remove an unwanted journal entry during air travel

Keep deliberate control of individual visits. Airport queues, flight times, and time-zone changes can make the order of a travel day hard to reconstruct.

What makes this useful

A duplicate or unwanted entry can get in the way of a useful record.

Write the local time you remember and whether the visit happened before departure or after arrival. A consistent label such as “flight day” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.

A practical way to begin

  1. Open the visit you intend to remove and verify its date and details before choosing Delete.
  2. Read the confirmation carefully so you remove the intended visit.
  3. Similar notes during air travel may describe separate real visits. Compare dates and times before deleting a “flight day” entry as a duplicate.

An example of useful context

“Before the outbound flight; later than my usual morning.”

Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.

Where this fits in LooPoo

A private poop tracker without a journal account explains the full workflow and its limits.

Use Journal in the iPhone app for this part of your record. Deletion removes a real record; exporting first is an option when you want to keep a separate copy.

LooPoo keeps check-ins and preferences encrypted on your phone. It describes your observations without diagnosing, treating, or predicting a medical outcome.
