Find a remembered check-in during weeks at different workplaces

Retrieve a visit from its details. Moving between work locations can mean that the same weekday follows different routines each week.

What makes this useful

When you remember a detail but not a date, search is a useful starting point.

Use your own broad labels for the two routines instead of saving office addresses. A consistent label such as “alternate workplace” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.

A practical way to begin

  1. Search for a word from the note, shape, comfort, or saved routine details.
  2. If nothing matches, remove an extra search word or broaden the active filter.
  3. Start with “alternate workplace” if you used that phrase in your notes. Otherwise search a word you actually saved, such as one from “Second workplace this week, before the first meeting.” New labels will not find older notes that lack them.

An example of useful context

“Second workplace this week, before the first meeting.”

Are two Monday entries actually from the same work routine?

Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.
