What makes this useful
When you remember a detail but not a date, search is a useful starting point.
Use a simple day label and record what you remember without reconstructing details you do not know. A consistent label such as “camping” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.
A practical way to begin
- Search for a word from the note, shape, comfort, or saved routine details.
- If nothing matches, remove an extra search word or broaden the active filter.
- Start with “camping” if you used that phrase in your notes. Otherwise search a word you actually saved, such as one from “First morning at camp, before packing up.” New labels will not find older notes that lack them.
An example of useful context
“First morning at camp, before packing up.”
Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.
