Export a private bowel journal during day trips

Create a copy under your control. An outward journey and a return on the same date can look like a single event in memory.

What makes this useful

An export gives you a separate copy of the recorded history to keep or share deliberately.

Use outward, during the visit, or after returning as a short note. A consistent label such as “day trip” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.

A practical way to begin

  1. Open Account and choose Export my history when the journal is readable.
  2. Review the destination in the iPhone share sheet before completing the action.
  3. If you need a copy of visits from day trips, remember that Export my history exports the stored journal, not just “day trip” search results. Review the full file before sharing it.

An example of useful context

“After returning from the day trip, before dinner.”

Was the saved visit before leaving, while away, or after returning?

Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.

Where this fits in LooPoo

A private poop tracker without a journal account explains the full workflow and its limits.

Use Account in the iPhone app for this part of your record. An exported file leaves the app’s storage boundary; keep track of where you choose to save or send it.

LooPoo keeps check-ins and preferences encrypted on your phone. It describes your observations without diagnosing, treating, or predicting a medical outcome.
