Find a remembered check-in during exam weeks

Retrieve a visit from its details. A packed assessment schedule can make a week difficult to reconstruct afterward.

What makes this useful

When you remember a detail but not a date, search is a useful starting point.

Use a neutral exam-week label and record observations separately from how you explain them. A consistent label such as “exam week” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.

A practical way to begin

  1. Search for a word from the note, shape, comfort, or saved routine details.
  2. If nothing matches, remove an extra search word or broaden the active filter.
  3. Start with “exam week” if you used that phrase in your notes. Otherwise search a word you actually saved, such as one from “Exam week; visit before the morning session.” New labels will not find older notes that lack them.

An example of useful context

“Exam week; visit before the morning session.”

Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.
