Add routine context during interrupted check-ins

Make a saved visit easier to place. A call or another task can interrupt a check-in before you know whether it was saved.

What makes this useful

Routine details can help you identify a visit later without explaining why it happened.

Reopen the app and check the saved record before starting the visit again. A consistent label such as “interrupted entry” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.

A practical way to begin

  1. Select relevant available factors and use a short note for context that is not listed.
  2. Use the same wording for a recurring situation so it is easier to find again.
  3. Keep “interrupted entry” as a searchable note if the available routine options do not describe interrupted check-ins. Do not choose an unrelated factor just to fill the field.

An example of useful context

“Morning visit; interrupted while adding the note.”

Is there already a saved visit with the date and details you intended?

Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.

Where this fits in LooPoo

How to keep a bowel diary you can actually use explains the full workflow and its limits.

Use Optional context in the iPhone app for this part of your record. Context is not proof of a trigger or a cause.

LooPoo keeps check-ins and preferences encrypted on your phone. It describes your observations without diagnosing, treating, or predicting a medical outcome.
