Find a remembered check-in during low-battery days

Retrieve a visit from its details. A phone that runs out of power can interrupt recording before you have saved anything.

What makes this useful

When you remember a detail but not a date, search is a useful starting point.

Check Journal for a saved entry before entering the same visit again after charging. A consistent label such as “low battery” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.

A practical way to begin

  1. Search for a word from the note, shape, comfort, or saved routine details.
  2. If nothing matches, remove an extra search word or broaden the active filter.
  3. Start with “low battery” if you used that phrase in your notes. Otherwise search a word you actually saved, such as one from “Phone needed charging; visit happened earlier this morning.” New labels will not find older notes that lack them.

An example of useful context

“Phone needed charging; visit happened earlier this morning.”

Did the earlier attempt save, or are you creating a duplicate?

Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.

Where this fits in LooPoo

How to keep a bowel diary you can actually use explains the full workflow and its limits.

Use Journal in the iPhone app for this part of your record. Journal search works across the available 90-day history and requires membership.

LooPoo keeps check-ins and preferences encrypted on your phone. It describes your observations without diagnosing, treating, or predicting a medical outcome.
