Find a remembered check-in during a new schedule

Retrieve a visit from its details. When start times or daily plans change, an old routine may no longer describe the day clearly.

What makes this useful

When you remember a detail but not a date, search is a useful starting point.

Use the date the schedule began as a reference point without assuming it explains an observation. A consistent label such as “new schedule” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.

A practical way to begin

  1. Search for a word from the note, shape, comfort, or saved routine details.
  2. If nothing matches, remove an extra search word or broaden the active filter.
  3. Start with “new schedule” if you used that phrase in your notes. Otherwise search a word you actually saved, such as one from “First week on the new schedule.” New labels will not find older notes that lack them.

An example of useful context

“First week on the new schedule.”

Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.
