What makes this useful
When you remember a detail but not a date, search is a useful starting point.
Use the actual date and add a short shift label so the record remains understandable later. A consistent label such as “night shift” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.
A practical way to begin
- Search for a word from the note, shape, comfort, or saved routine details.
- If nothing matches, remove an extra search word or broaden the active filter.
- Start with “night shift” if you used that phrase in your notes. Otherwise search a word you actually saved, such as one from “After the overnight shift, before going to sleep.” New labels will not find older notes that lack them.
An example of useful context
“After the overnight shift, before going to sleep.”
Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.
