What makes this useful
When you remember a detail but not a date, search is a useful starting point.
Use a short trip label and distinguish a stop from the day you reached your destination. A consistent label such as “road trip” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.
A practical way to begin
- Search for a word from the note, shape, comfort, or saved routine details.
- If nothing matches, remove an extra search word or broaden the active filter.
- Start with “road trip” if you used that phrase in your notes. Otherwise search a word you actually saved, such as one from “Afternoon rest stop on the drive north.” New labels will not find older notes that lack them.
An example of useful context
“Afternoon rest stop on the drive north.”
Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.
