Correct a saved check-in during air travel

Keep your record aligned with what you remember. Airport queues, flight times, and time-zone changes can make the order of a travel day hard to reconstruct.

What makes this useful

A mistaken date or accidentally chosen answer can make a record harder to use later.

Write the local time you remember and whether the visit happened before departure or after arrival. A consistent label such as “flight day” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.

A practical way to begin

  1. Open the saved visit, review it, and choose Edit to correct the detail.
  2. Save the correction and reopen the entry to confirm the intended change.
  3. Use a “flight day” note and the visit date to locate the entry from air travel. Correct only the mistaken field, then confirm the other details still match the visit you intended to edit.

An example of useful context

“Before the outbound flight; later than my usual morning.”

Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.

Where this fits in LooPoo

How to keep a bowel diary you can actually use explains the full workflow and its limits.

Use Journal in the iPhone app for this part of your record. Do not fill missing details merely to make an entry look complete.

LooPoo keeps check-ins and preferences encrypted on your phone. It describes your observations without diagnosing, treating, or predicting a medical outcome.
