Review a custom date range during caregiving days

Focus on the days you actually want to review. When your attention is on someone else, your own small observations can be hard to recall.

What makes this useful

A trip or schedule change does not always fit a preset week or month.

Keep the note about your own visit; other people’s names and health details are unnecessary. A consistent label such as “caregiving day” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.

A practical way to begin

  1. Choose dates in Journal, set the first and last day, and apply the range.
  2. Clear the custom range when you want to return to the standard 7-, 30-, or 90-day view.
  3. For caregiving days, use the first and last dates you want included. A “caregiving day” note can then narrow the range to relevant visits rather than every visit on those days.

An example of useful context

“After the afternoon caregiving break.”

Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.
