Set a check-in reminder during clock-change weekends

Choose a useful prompt to remember your record. A clock change can make the hour you recall less obvious when you review the date later.

What makes this useful

A reminder is a prompt to record an observation, not a demand to have a bowel movement.

Check the displayed visit time and use a note if you are unsure which clock time you remember. A consistent label such as “clock change” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.

A practical way to begin

  1. Choose a daily reminder time during onboarding or in Account.
  2. Review or disable the reminder from Account when it is no longer useful.
  3. During clock-change weekends, use the reminder to decide whether there is a real visit to record. Skip it when there is nothing to add, and revisit the time when the “clock change” routine changes.

An example of useful context

“Clock-change Sunday, after waking; exact time uncertain.”

Are you certain about the hour, or is the calendar date the clearer memory?

Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.

Where this fits in LooPoo
