What makes this useful
A reminder is a prompt to record an observation, not a demand to have a bowel movement.
Label sea days and shore days consistently and check the calendar date when the ship changes local time. A consistent label such as “cruise day” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.
A practical way to begin
- Choose a daily reminder time during onboarding or in Account.
- Review or disable the reminder from Account when it is no longer useful.
- During cruise days, use the reminder to decide whether there is a real visit to record. Skip it when there is nothing to add, and revisit the time when the “cruise day” routine changes.
An example of useful context
“Sea day, before the afternoon activity.”
Was this a sea day or a shore day, and is the saved date correct?
Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.
