Find a remembered check-in during cruise days

Retrieve a visit from its details. Days at sea and days ashore can blend together in a longer itinerary.

What makes this useful

When you remember a detail but not a date, search is a useful starting point.

Label sea days and shore days consistently and check the calendar date when the ship changes local time. A consistent label such as “cruise day” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.

A practical way to begin

  1. Search for a word from the note, shape, comfort, or saved routine details.
  2. If nothing matches, remove an extra search word or broaden the active filter.
  3. Start with “cruise day” if you used that phrase in your notes. Otherwise search a word you actually saved, such as one from “Sea day, before the afternoon activity.” New labels will not find older notes that lack them.

An example of useful context

“Sea day, before the afternoon activity.”

Was this a sea day or a shore day, and is the saved date correct?

Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.
