Set a check-in reminder during desk-based workdays

Choose a useful prompt to remember your record. Meetings and focused work can make it difficult to remember small details at the end of the day.

What makes this useful

A reminder is a prompt to record an observation, not a demand to have a bowel movement.

A simple morning or afternoon work label is often more useful than a detailed work diary. A consistent label such as “desk day” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.

A practical way to begin

  1. Choose a daily reminder time during onboarding or in Account.
  2. Review or disable the reminder from Account when it is no longer useful.
  3. During desk-based workdays, use the reminder to decide whether there is a real visit to record. Skip it when there is nothing to add, and revisit the time when the “desk day” routine changes.

An example of useful context

“Between afternoon meetings.”

Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.

Where this fits in LooPoo

Use Account in the iPhone app for this part of your record. The notification does not need private visit details on your lock screen.
