What makes this useful
A reminder is a prompt to record an observation, not a demand to have a bowel movement.
Use before leaving or after returning when you cannot remember the order of individual stops. A consistent label such as “errand day” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.
A practical way to begin
- Choose a daily reminder time during onboarding or in Account.
- Review or disable the reminder from Account when it is no longer useful.
- During errand days, use the reminder to decide whether there is a real visit to record. Skip it when there is nothing to add, and revisit the time when the “errand day” routine changes.
An example of useful context
“After returning from the afternoon errands.”
Is your note based on a remembered event rather than a guessed sequence of stops?
Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.
