Start a bowel journal during errand days

Create a first record you can return to. Several short stops can be hard to place in order by the time you return home.

What makes this useful

Start with a visit that actually happened, rather than trying to reconstruct an entire week.

Use before leaving or after returning when you cannot remember the order of individual stops. A consistent label such as “errand day” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.

A practical way to begin

  1. Choose the closest shape, answer how the visit felt, then record duration and whether you felt finished.
  2. Add any optional note or visit-time correction before saving, then review the saved result.
  3. For errand days, one recognizable detail is enough to start: “After returning from the afternoon errands.” Add it only if it describes your visit.

An example of useful context

“After returning from the afternoon errands.”

Is your note based on a remembered event rather than a guessed sequence of stops?

Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.

Where this fits in LooPoo

A bowel movement tracker for iPhone explains the full workflow and its limits.

Use Today in the iPhone app for this part of your record. Membership is offered at the end of onboarding, before the first saved check-in.

LooPoo keeps check-ins and preferences encrypted on your phone. It describes your observations without diagnosing, treating, or predicting a medical outcome.
