A bowel movement tracker for iPhone

A useful poop tracker should make two things easy: recording a visit now and finding the details later. LooPoo brings both into a private journal on your iPhone.

What you can record

Start with the illustrated shape closest to what you noticed. Record comfort, noticeable body signals, approximate visit length, and whether you felt finished. Shape and comfort stay separate, so one answer does not stand in for the whole visit.

Optional context gives you space for a note, routine details, and a corrected visit time. If you open the app after the visit, check its date as well as the hour. A short phrase you recognize later is more useful than a long explanation written from uncertain memory.

Find the visit you remember

With membership, Journal brings together up to 90 days of saved check-ins. Choose seven days, 30 days, 90 days, or your own date range. Search words from notes and recorded details when you remember what happened but cannot remember the date.

Choose two entries to compare their details side by side. This is useful for revisiting a specific question, such as what you recorded before and during a trip. A comparison shows the saved observations; it does not establish a cause.

Know what membership includes

Membership is offered at the end of guided onboarding, after you log your first visit. Check-ins, Journal, Rhythm, and Food require Plus. Review the price and renewal terms before subscribing.

Account, support, export, and data deletion remain available without buying continued access. LooPoo is preparing for its iPhone release; the acquisition page shows current availability rather than sending you to an unavailable download.

Choose based on the workflow you need

If you want a private record you can search and review yourself, check-ins and Journal are the core loop. Rhythm adds descriptive summaries after enough real entries. Food combines your chosen preferences with recent recorded shapes, comfort, and body signals to order bundled recipes on your iPhone. Notes are not analyzed, and it does not infer food triggers from your journal.

If your priority is unlimited free logging, an Apple Watch companion, shared family profiles, a web journal, or automatic diagnosis, do not assume those are included. Compare actual features and access terms before deciding whether an app fits your needs.
