What makes this useful
A reminder is a prompt to record an observation, not a demand to have a bowel movement.
Use an approximate part of the day rather than reconstructing an exact time from the programme. A consistent label such as “festival day” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.
A practical way to begin
- Choose a daily reminder time during onboarding or in Account.
- Review or disable the reminder from Account when it is no longer useful.
- During festival days, use the reminder to decide whether there is a real visit to record. Skip it when there is nothing to add, and revisit the time when the “festival day” routine changes.
An example of useful context
“Festival afternoon, between two activities.”
Are you recording what you remember or filling in a time from the schedule?
Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.
