Set a check-in reminder during fieldwork days

Choose a useful prompt to remember your record. Changing work locations can make it harder to use a familiar desk or lunch break as a reference.

What makes this useful

A reminder is a prompt to record an observation, not a demand to have a bowel movement.

Choose a broad work-stage label without recording sensitive site locations. A consistent label such as “fieldwork day” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.

A practical way to begin

  1. Choose a daily reminder time during onboarding or in Account.
  2. Review or disable the reminder from Account when it is no longer useful.
  3. During fieldwork days, use the reminder to decide whether there is a real visit to record. Skip it when there is nothing to add, and revisit the time when the “fieldwork day” routine changes.

An example of useful context

“After the morning fieldwork, before returning to base.”

Will the work-stage label still make sense without a precise location?

Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.
