Set a check-in reminder during days without your phone

Choose a useful prompt to remember your record. Leaving the phone behind can make it tempting to reconstruct every detail when you get it back.

What makes this useful

A reminder is a prompt to record an observation, not a demand to have a bowel movement.

Record only what you remember and leave uncertain answers uncertain. A consistent label such as “phone left behind” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.

A practical way to begin

  1. Choose a daily reminder time during onboarding or in Account.
  2. Review or disable the reminder from Account when it is no longer useful.
  3. During days without your phone, use the reminder to decide whether there is a real visit to record. Skip it when there is nothing to add, and revisit the time when the “phone left behind” routine changes.

An example of useful context

“Phone left at home; visit was in the afternoon.”

Which parts of this record are remembered and which would be guesses?

Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.
