Set a check-in reminder during gym days

Choose a useful prompt to remember your record. A gym visit may happen before work one day and after work the next.

What makes this useful

A reminder is a prompt to record an observation, not a demand to have a bowel movement.

Record the broad timing of your plans without treating the journal as an exercise tracker. A consistent label such as “gym day” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.

A practical way to begin

  1. Choose a daily reminder time during onboarding or in Account.
  2. Review or disable the reminder from Account when it is no longer useful.
  3. During gym days, use the reminder to decide whether there is a real visit to record. Skip it when there is nothing to add, and revisit the time when the “gym day” routine changes.

An example of useful context

“Gym planned for the evening; visit before work.”

Were these saved visits in similar parts of the day despite sharing a gym-day label?

Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.

Where this fits in LooPoo

Set bowel-journal reminders that fit your day explains the full workflow and its limits.

Use Account in the iPhone app for this part of your record. The notification does not need private visit details on your lock screen.

LooPoo keeps check-ins and preferences encrypted on your phone. It describes your observations without diagnosing, treating, or predicting a medical outcome.
