Plan a weekly journal reflection during interrupted check-ins

Choose a repeatable moment to look back. A call or another task can interrupt a check-in before you know whether it was saved.

What makes this useful

A regular review time can make a private record easier to revisit.

Reopen the app and check the saved record before starting the visit again. A consistent label such as “interrupted entry” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.

A practical way to begin

  1. Choose a weekly review reminder during onboarding or in Account. Real check-ins build the review over time.
  2. Pick a time when you can review calmly, and change it when your schedule changes.
  3. Choose a reflection time that is practical during interrupted check-ins. At that review, find relevant “interrupted entry” notes and change the reminder when that routine ends.

An example of useful context

“Morning visit; interrupted while adding the note.”

Is there already a saved visit with the date and details you intended?

Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.
