What makes this useful
A reminder is a prompt to record an observation, not a demand to have a bowel movement.
Separate packing days, moving day, and the first days in the new place with simple labels. A consistent label such as “moving week” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.
A practical way to begin
- Choose a daily reminder time during onboarding or in Account.
- Review or disable the reminder from Account when it is no longer useful.
- During moving weeks, use the reminder to decide whether there is a real visit to record. Skip it when there is nothing to add, and revisit the time when the “moving week” routine changes.
An example of useful context
“First morning after the move.”
Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.
