What makes this useful
A reminder is a prompt to record an observation, not a demand to have a bowel movement.
Use the date the schedule began as a reference point without assuming it explains an observation. A consistent label such as “new schedule” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.
A practical way to begin
- Choose a daily reminder time during onboarding or in Account.
- Review or disable the reminder from Account when it is no longer useful.
- During a new schedule, use the reminder to decide whether there is a real visit to record. Skip it when there is nothing to add, and revisit the time when the “new schedule” routine changes.
An example of useful context
“First week on the new schedule.”
Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.
