Review a custom date range during notification breaks

Focus on the days you actually want to review. Turning notifications off removes a prompt without changing the visits you might want to record.

What makes this useful

A trip or schedule change does not always fit a preset week or month.

Choose deliberately whether to reopen the app yourself and review reminder permissions when the break ends. A consistent label such as “notifications off” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.

A practical way to begin

  1. Choose dates in Journal, set the first and last day, and apply the range.
  2. Clear the custom range when you want to return to the standard 7-, 30-, or 90-day view.
  3. For notification breaks, use the first and last dates you want included. A “notifications off” note can then narrow the range to relevant visits rather than every visit on those days.

An example of useful context

“Notifications off this week; opening the journal when convenient.”

Was the reminder disabled intentionally, or do you need to check its permission?

Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.

Where this fits in LooPoo

Use Journal in the iPhone app for this part of your record. Both endpoint days are included within the available 90-day Journal.

LooPoo keeps check-ins and preferences encrypted on your phone. It describes your observations without diagnosing, treating, or predicting a medical outcome.
