Set a check-in reminder during race weekends

Choose a useful prompt to remember your record. Registration, event day, and travel may span a whole weekend with different start times.

What makes this useful

A reminder is a prompt to record an observation, not a demand to have a bowel movement.

Separate the preparation day from the event day and the trip home. A consistent label such as “race weekend” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.

A practical way to begin

  1. Choose a daily reminder time during onboarding or in Account.
  2. Review or disable the reminder from Account when it is no longer useful.
  3. During race weekends, use the reminder to decide whether there is a real visit to record. Skip it when there is nothing to add, and revisit the time when the “race weekend” routine changes.

An example of useful context

“Day before the event, after collecting my number.”

Are you comparing preparation days with event days as though they were the same routine?

Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.
