What makes this useful
A reminder is a prompt to record an observation, not a demand to have a bowel movement.
Use before service or after cleanup if those are the details you remember. A consistent label such as “restaurant shift” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.
A practical way to begin
- Choose a daily reminder time during onboarding or in Account.
- Review or disable the reminder from Account when it is no longer useful.
- During restaurant shifts, use the reminder to decide whether there is a real visit to record. Skip it when there is nothing to add, and revisit the time when the “restaurant shift” routine changes.
An example of useful context
“After lunch service, before cleanup finished.”
Does the visit date describe the shift correctly if cleanup ran past midnight?
Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.
