Set a check-in reminder during school-holiday weeks

Choose a useful prompt to remember your record. A household can follow a different pattern when the usual school-day timetable pauses.

What makes this useful

A reminder is a prompt to record an observation, not a demand to have a bowel movement.

Label the holiday period without recording a child’s school or detailed schedule. A consistent label such as “school holiday” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.

A practical way to begin

  1. Choose a daily reminder time during onboarding or in Account.
  2. Review or disable the reminder from Account when it is no longer useful.
  3. During school-holiday weeks, use the reminder to decide whether there is a real visit to record. Skip it when there is nothing to add, and revisit the time when the “school holiday” routine changes.

An example of useful context

“School holiday week, later morning at home.”

Have you kept the holiday dates separate from the return to the usual timetable?

Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.
