Set a check-in reminder during screen breaks

Choose a useful prompt to remember your record. Brief breaks from screens can shift when you choose to add a record.

What makes this useful

A reminder is a prompt to record an observation, not a demand to have a bowel movement.

Wait until a convenient moment and preserve uncertainty if a detail is no longer clear. A consistent label such as “screen break” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.

A practical way to begin

  1. Choose a daily reminder time during onboarding or in Account.
  2. Review or disable the reminder from Account when it is no longer useful.
  3. During screen breaks, use the reminder to decide whether there is a real visit to record. Skip it when there is nothing to add, and revisit the time when the “screen break” routine changes.

An example of useful context

“After the screen break; recording the earlier visit now.”

Which details are still clear enough to record after the break?

Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.
