Set a check-in reminder during swimming days

Choose a useful prompt to remember your record. Pool visits can sit between other activities, making the order of a busy day easy to forget.

What makes this useful

A reminder is a prompt to record an observation, not a demand to have a bowel movement.

Separate time at the pool from the rest of the day in a short note. A consistent label such as “swimming day” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.

A practical way to begin

  1. Choose a daily reminder time during onboarding or in Account.
  2. Review or disable the reminder from Account when it is no longer useful.
  3. During swimming days, use the reminder to decide whether there is a real visit to record. Skip it when there is nothing to add, and revisit the time when the “swimming day” routine changes.

An example of useful context

“Before leaving for the pool in the afternoon.”

Does your note show the order you remember without implying swimming caused the observation?

Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.
