Set a check-in reminder during train journeys

Choose a useful prompt to remember your record. Changes of train and station stops can make the timing of a rail journey difficult to remember.

What makes this useful

A reminder is a prompt to record an observation, not a demand to have a bowel movement.

Distinguish a station break from a visit on the train; a service number is unnecessary. A consistent label such as “train journey” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.

A practical way to begin

  1. Choose a daily reminder time during onboarding or in Account.
  2. Review or disable the reminder from Account when it is no longer useful.
  3. During train journeys, use the reminder to decide whether there is a real visit to record. Skip it when there is nothing to add, and revisit the time when the “train journey” routine changes.

An example of useful context

“During the connection, before boarding the second train.”

Which saved visit belongs to the connection rather than the destination?

Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.

Where this fits in LooPoo

Set bowel-journal reminders that fit your day explains the full workflow and its limits.

Use Account in the iPhone app for this part of your record. The notification does not need private visit details on your lock screen.
