What makes this useful
A reminder is a prompt to record an observation, not a demand to have a bowel movement.
Describe your own day without adding relatives’ names, addresses, or health details. A consistent label such as “family visit” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.
A practical way to begin
- Choose a daily reminder time during onboarding or in Account.
- Review or disable the reminder from Account when it is no longer useful.
- During visits to relatives, use the reminder to decide whether there is a real visit to record. Skip it when there is nothing to add, and revisit the time when the “family visit” routine changes.
An example of useful context
“Second morning of the family visit, before everyone went out.”
Does your note identify the occasion without revealing someone else’s private information?
Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.
