Set a check-in reminder during weekends away

Choose a useful prompt to remember your record. A short break can contain travel, unfamiliar plans, and a quick return home in just a few days.

What makes this useful

A reminder is a prompt to record an observation, not a demand to have a bowel movement.

Separate the outward trip, the stay, and the return so you can find the right visit later. A consistent label such as “weekend away” helps connect the day you remember with the visit you saved.

A practical way to begin

  1. Choose a daily reminder time during onboarding or in Account.
  2. Review or disable the reminder from Account when it is no longer useful.
  3. During weekends away, use the reminder to decide whether there is a real visit to record. Skip it when there is nothing to add, and revisit the time when the “weekend away” routine changes.

An example of useful context

“Sunday morning away, before the trip home.”

Use your own wording and the details you remember. A short, recognizable note makes it easier to find the visit later.
